Rice

We collaborate with rice growers who have been dedicated to this craft for several generations. Arborio, Carnaroli, and Vialone Nano rice are grown on traditional rice fields in the Po Valley, which is flooded annually with mountain water from the Alps. They emphasize sustainability and biodiversity, and their rice fields are a large ecosystem teeming with life. They continually innovate traditional methods and develop new rice processing methods to retain as many nutrients as possible.
