Our suppliers are mostly small family producers of traditional Italian foods and wines. They are located throughout Italy and, depending on the climate and traditions, specialize in typical regional products – cheeses, prosciutto, salami, olive oil, pasta, wine, and other Italian products. They produce locally, sustainably, in limited quantities and without unnecessary chemicals, with respect for animals and the natural rhythms of nature. They are not just producers, but also breeders or growers who handle the entire production process from A to Z: cheese makers raise their own animals, because quality grazing and good living conditions are essential for the quality of milk and cheese; winemakers harvest grapes only from their own vineyards and do not buy them elsewhere; oil makers press olives that they have grown and hand-picked in their own groves.

No anonymous industrial colossuses churning out millions of uniform products full of preservatives. Our suppliers are people with a face and a story, for whom honest craftsmanship is a way of life and healthy, clean, quality products are an absolute necessity. They not only care about production, but also about preserving biodiversity and minimizing the impact of their production. To be one hundred percent sure that we are on the same wavelength, we personally visit them, peek into their stables and workshops, ask questions, and taste all the products because taste is more important than appearance. We are friends, and it is important to us that our suppliers, together with customers and employees, become part of one big family of enthusiasts for good food and wine.

We believe that healthy and tasty food is our choice. We are always happy when customers are interested in what they eat and drink, where the contents of their plates and glasses come from, how and by whom they were made. We appreciate people who, like us, refuse to support caged farming, ultra-processed foods without value, and endless fields full of pesticides.
