We import and sell only extra virgin olive oils mechanically cold-pressed between stone wheels or in modern presses within a few hours of harvest. From olives that our suppliers themselves have grown in their own groves in Liguria, Abruzzo, Puglia and Sicily, and hand-harvested with the help of nets and ladders.
