Luca and Alessandra Calvi are always in a good mood. We tried to find out why, and it seems to be because of the “Ligurian nectar”, as Ligurian olive oil is sometimes called. Extracting oil from the tiny Taggiasca olives is hard work, but it is worth it. It is characterized by its finesse and elegance. Just like Luca and Alessandra.
