The hills around Aosta yield aromatically rich herbs and plants, creating an ideal environment for producing truly beautiful products that you can start with as an aperitif and finish as a digestif. It should be emphasized that this small distillery, located right in the mountains, uses water from local mountain springs to produce most of its products.
