Rustichella

The Peduzzi family grows wheat by hand in Abruzzo and makes absolutely fantastic pasta from it. Behind its unique taste and rough surface, which blends perfectly with the sauce, are a few "small details": almost 100 years of practice, grain grown without chemicals, pure water from mountain springs added to the dough, bronze dies, and very slow drying at low temperatures.
