Molino Naldoni

The mill knows no rest until the last grain is turned into flour. An old saying, but it does not apply in the Naldoni mill between Bologna and Faenza. The huge mill employs only five technicians in production, who control the entire production process via computer, into which almost no human foot steps. Everything from the quality of the input raw materials (only Italian grains) to the output in the form of flour is carefully controlled by the most modern technologies. It is clear that the second generation of Naldoni millers has a long way to go into the future.
