Mulino della Riviera di Dronero

The water mill stood in Dronero as early as the 15th century. Its faded glory was restored by the Cavanna brothers, who sensitively reconstructed it and restored its original function: flour milling. And not just any flour. Here, unique rye flour is milled from ancient varieties of mountain rye, which grow in pristine nature at an altitude of around 600 meters. Thanks to its natural resistance, the grains can be grown entirely naturally without the use of any chemicals. Moreover, they are very rich in proteins and vitamins, and gentle milling between stone wheels further highlights their incredible aroma of mountain herbs.
