Lüch da Pcëi

Among the hills in Alto Adige, the culture of cheese has always resided. Cow's milk here has a slightly different taste in each valley, which of course is reflected in the cheeses. The family cheese dairy Lüch da Pcëi, with its nearly forty cows grazing on the hills in the Alta Badia area, makes beautiful cheeses. Some of them are beautifully fresh, while others are seriously matured in their special cellar.
