Il Boscasso
A place in the hills of Oltrepo Pavese, where goats thrive and enjoy, was chosen by Chiara Onida for her new life almost 20 years ago. Over that time, she has fine-tuned the production of natural cheeses from unpasteurized goat's milk to near perfection. She makes cheeses from Italian milk that somewhat resemble their French counterparts but taste of herbs from the Italian meadow.
