Englhorn

The Agethle family has been farming at Englhof farm for over 200 years, but it was not until 2003 that they began cheese production under the direction of master Max Eller. From the milk of just twelve of their own cows of a local and almost extinct breed, which are driven to the mountains in summer to enjoy fresh air and fragrant pastures. And the pieces are truly masterful, with an incredible aroma of mountain herbs, dried fruits, or nuts.
