From afar, an inconspicuous hill in the middle of southern Basilicata hides a treasure in the form of the best pecorinos in the south. Not only was the pecorino Forenza from this farm declared one of the best in southern Italy, but it is also super versatile. You can consume it on its own, on pasta, baked with vegetables, fried, or just warmed in a panino. Everything works. The family farm, led by the energetic Maria, produces things that simply taste great.
