Fratelli Corrà

The Corrà family has known for more than 170 years what "Alpine gold" means. This is sometimes what Tyrolean speck is called, which has been produced in this area for centuries. Speck has always been a festive food, and we should treat it that way even today in times of prosperity. Speck from Italian pigs smoked on local beech and juniper wood is not the only gem that the family, led by Luca, Pio, and Federico, brings to the market.
