Lisa Gilbee and Gaetano Morella, through new approaches in production, give Primitivo a new face that is unusually fresh and elegant. From vineyards aged up to 80 years, they harvest grapes that unquestionably belong to the absolute top of winemaking in the Manduria area. Lisa's experiments, who started with wine in Australia, with varieties like Malbec or Primitivo cuvée with Negroamaro, are highly entertaining and very new for the traditional Apulian area.
