A strong energy radiates from this winery in Montalcino. They have not really changed their style in almost thirty years of history. However, they are trying to understand nature more. They may already feel they are beyond what is called biodynamic today. It is amazing how their approach to Sangiovese can be different from other wineries in Montalcino. In the company of Katia, Gigi, their sons Daniel and Giulio, and the ever-present companion Avni, you simply feel good. Just like when you have a bottle of wine from San Polino on the table.
