The Salcheto winery, under the leadership of the charismatic intellectual Michele Manelli, has matured into adulthood. From a young, cheeky, and horizon-opening project, it has grown into a mature individual that plays a significant role in today’s Tuscan reality. Maintaining quality control at this volume is only possible for Michele and his team thanks to incredible precision and excellent organization of work. Michele himself spends a lot of time in the cellar and talks about his barrels as patients whom he visits during rounds and constantly checks their perfect form.
