Marziano Abbona

Marziano Abbona was known many years ago mainly for his excellent Dolcetto di Dogliani. He still makes it, of course. Now, however, he has added honestly made Barolos from the Serralunga and Novello areas to his large range of labels. The latest acquisition of vineyards in Barbaresco makes him a winemaker with a comprehensive grasp of the entire Langhe area. Fortunately, the quality remains high and the wines are as fresh and energetic as the entire Marziano family.
