Cigliuti

When Renato Cigliuti was traveling around the world in the 1980s with a group of barolo boys, he probably did not know where they would end up. They managed to show the world that wines that rival the best French wines can also be produced on the hills in Langhe, Piedmont. The winery, now run by daughters Claudia and Silvia, produces excellent Barbarescos with charisma.  The Serraboella vineyard, where their Nebbiolo grows, is a true gem among Piedmont treasures.
