Ignaz Niedrist

Ignaz Niedrist is one of the few winemakers in Alto Adige who is not part of a cooperative. He does not care much for modern technologies, and when he checks on the wines fermenting in wooden vats, he prefers to rely on his senses and experience. As a reward, he gets perfectly balanced full-bodied wines, making him one of the most respected small winemakers in Alto Adige.
