An aperitivo in Friuli style is coming up! This time you will taste beautiful, fresh white wines from the family winery Primosic from the Friuli region on the border with Slovenia. The icon of this winery is the Ribolla Gialla wine from the local variety of the same name. Primosic's wines grow in hilly vineyards where the influence of the mountains and the sea are combined.

For the occasion, we have prepared a light and colourful menu full of seasonal vegetables, which go perfectly with Primosic wines.

Come and enjoy the cheerful atmosphere of springtime Friuli.
