Stable

In the 1920s, the stables still served their original purpose and housed the horses of the Radlická dairy. During a complete and sensitive reconstruction, authentic elements such as troughs, columns, and wooden parts of the floor were preserved, creating a unique rustic space with a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen is dominated by a unique multi-storey Tuscan grill “Lu Furnu” on charcoal from the workshop of Paolo Parisi, allowing perfect preparation of various types of meat at once, and a giant gastro pan provides an entertaining show.
