What to expect?
- Manage and lead a team of baristas, cooks, and other café staff to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee food production, including quality control and adherence to recipes
- Supervise kitchen activities, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create staff schedules, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food production processes
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Requires right to work in UK, english speaking, italian speaking optional
